Parimics, Inc. is a fabless semiconductor company in Silicon Valley and was founded by Axel Kloth and Royce Johnson at the end of 2002. Parimics is a privately held California Corporation. Our focus is the development of intellectual property for advanced real-time image analysis.

Our intellectual property enables the development and implementation of special-purpose processors and subsystems that analyze images and sequences of images in true and hard real-time. Current technologies operate in "near real-time" or perform post-event analysis for forensics only. Applications which need to process massive amounts of image data quickly, or applications that are required to track and analyze multiple moving objects simultaneously benefit the most from our innovative approach. Parimics' intellectual property makes security and surveillance systems, cars, robots, medical equipment and unmanned vehicles smarter, safer, faster and easier to control and to build. Processors based on our intellectual property and technology are inherently fault tolerant and fully support High Availability applications. Our technology also enables CleanTech and GreenTech applications, such as sorting of recyclables.
