Parimics is aware of the fact that the team is the most important asset of a company. We therefore have assembled a world class team of individuals around our founders. Our team not only shares our view, each member itself is a very accomplished individual in the industry. The same holds true for the Technical Advisory Board, our Legal and Intellectual Property Counsels, and our other contributors.
It is our pleasure to work with these contributors and experts. We have and foster a diverse work environment with different people and a variety of skill sets. Parimics firmly believes that responsibility without matching authority is a frustrating experience to employees, and authority without appropriate responsibility leads to a lack of accountability.
We therefore assign each of our employees certain responsibilities and a well-defined authority. In exchange, we expect the authority to be used whenever required, and the employee to stand up to his or her responsibility.
We expect our employees to follow our rules of conduct of business, internally and externally. Parimics prides itself to be a challenging work environment, but also to care for our team.
